Ever had one of those days?

Have you ever had one of those days, where things just don't click and it seems like everything you want to do is halted by one thing or another? As we look for funding for The Churchyard, and explain to people what the main focus and point of us trying to reach a demographic for God, we see there are so many people who say they want to help yet have no idea how  to. We just want everyone to know that The Churchyard is about connecting people...with churches, communities, and so much more in a Christian environment. We need your help to get the WORD out!

Prayer for Paul Frye

Hello everyone!

If you are following us on Blogger, remember we are on Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, and who knows where else LOL!

I would like to petition all you prayer warriors out there to pray for an 8 year old boy Paul Frye. Paul has a heart condition in which he has experienced NUMEROUS procedures to keep him alive and kicking. He goes into surgery again on Monday of next week. Please be in prayer for him and if you would like to personally send a prayer to him, write an email and send it to Christi Walker at walker@wellsmoore.com

Thank you and God Bless <><

Matthew 7: The Churchyard motto...

I have really been praying lately for the direction of The Churchyard. Where is it going?, what is God going to do?, Is this a ministry that is effective enough to reach those out there in NEED of a place like this? Today I had my questions answered by a certaing Blog, from a young man who the Lord delivered from homosexuality. When I read it, my jaw hit the floor....really.... a homosexual that gave his life to the Lord and is NOW launching a ministry to help other homosexuals turn from their sin and follow God. Is it just me or is this liberal vs. conservative mess just getting stupid? It's almost as if we Christians are hiding in the shadows being careful not to offend anyone; I mean really who would want to Glorify a king who was put to death, or let me go as far to say that why worship a God who has no mercy on His own son? This is these peoples mentality....scary. I digress.

As I read this blog by this individual, I realized that The Churchyard is just a site that people come, stop by, create a profile and so on. What if!; it is a place that such individuals come and release their testimony to the world and just maybe someone stumbles across it and something speaks to their heart that leads them searching for answers? I tell you right now people, The Churchyard will NEVER hide in the shadows, we will never be ashamed of who and what we are because the simplest microscopic basic fact is that JESUS died for ALL of us.

I myself was an addict, a drunk, a man with no direction when I found God... AND I AM CONVINCED that if the Almighty can use someone such as myself, and someone who the world denys (well most of the world)  like a homosexual kid who found God to look at society in the face and say NO! He IS real......then all of you can have the security of knowing that EVEN your life has been bought and paid for by the blood of the lamb.

So all my questions are exactly that....questions. The Churchyard has it's own direction, God's direction. The best part of it, it is all for you guys! NOTHING can ever replace a PERSONAL relationship with Christ, but there are tools such as this site that can further your understanding, get answers, help ministries and communities, I could go on... to enhance your freedom and oneness in Christ Jesus. PRAISE GOD for The Churchyard, I hope you ALL get excited when you go there, to witness what God is doing, to feel his hand on all of this. It is still a bit surreal even to me. Truth is, I launched this site after 7 months of contemplation of what it is "supposed" to be; and I launched it from my bedroom!

Please go to the site and read some of these testimonies...they are truly refreshing and comforting. God Bless you all! Help us get the WORD out, invite everyone you know!
